Read this beautiful, yet powerful, story of a young girl named, Samara. Lonely and broken, she only wants to be treated with kindness. This message of friendship and love is a poignant one that all children should read, and sadly, one in which many will relate. Samara is different from other children in her village because of a deformity; and it is this deformity that results in the young girl being bullied. She has lost all hope, until one day when a young boy named, Jesus, enters her life. This story is written in poetic form and includes reflection questions at the end, as well as Scripture and bible verses to study and memorize. This book is geared towards ages eight through twelve, although the message itself is for everyone: we are all beautiful, we all have value, and we are all beloved children of God.
