THREE KEYS TO CULTIVATE THE KINGDOM OF GOD by
ADRIAN LANCE

Three Keys to Cultivating the Kingdom of God is a guide to kingdom living, right here and now.

This book is for those who have been following Christ for decades as well as brand new believers.  Knowing one’s identity in Christ is the key foundation for living in the kingdom of God.  When Christ-followers embrace that they have been adopted as sons and daughters by God, they can dive deeper into their relationship with God and begin to step into all that He has called them to do and do so with confidence.
Throughout his book, Adrian explores the three core ideas of kingdom living: Identity, relationship, and calling, and how each of these keys impacts every area of a believer’s life.

MY REVIEW

I was very impressed by this book and how the author opened my eyes to the Kingdom of God. I think I may have read the scripture of the keys to the kingdom a lot but never really noticed what it really meant. The author explain with scripture exactly what God means and gives us examples to help us better understand it.

This is the type of book that I took lots of notes on and wrote them in my journal. It is filled with lots of nuggets that open your eyes to what God’s plan is for you. I really liked how the author peeled away the story of the Prodigal Son. Yes, the father could have turned his back on his son, but instead he welcomed him with open arms. One of the best examples of unconditional love and forgiveness is found in that story.

The book is filled with so many illustrations about the Kingdom of God and I enjoyed the questions at the end of each chapter. The three keys that the author explains will have an impact in our lives. I really liked when the author says, “The key to breaking a stronghold is allowing God to come in and replace the lie with His truth.” If only we would surrender every part of our life to God, we would walk in truth and use the Three Keys  to represent His hands and feet.

I received a copy of this book from the author. The review is  my own opinion.
